At Mali’s Culinary Delights, all meals are made to order with care and attention. Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
1. No Returns on Food Products
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any prepared food items once they have been picked up, delivered, or handed off.
2. Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion in the following cases:

3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled preparation or delivery time. We reserve the right to deny cancellations made after food preparation has started.
