Ordering
How do I place an order?
Right here on the online ordering page, just choose whether you’d like delivery or pickup, select your location, date, and time - then pick your meals.
Do you offer same-day orders?
Only for Van Nuys. Meals are made fresh to order, so I typically need 2–4 hours.
Can I customize my meal?
Some dishes let you pick your protein, and I’m always happy to help where I can. If you’ve got a special request, send it my way — if it works with the dish, I’ll make it happen.
Meals & Ingredients
Is everything made fresh?
Always. I prep and cook every order by hand — nothing pre-made, nothing rushed. Just real cooking, done right.
Can you make Thai dishes gluten-free?
Possible! I can sub in Tamari for soy sauce, but only for rice-based dishes.
Can you make Thai dishes vegan?
Yes! I can swap in mushroom sauce or vegan oyster-flavored sauce, depending on the dish.
Is your food spicy?
You get to choose! Many meals let you select your spice level when ordering.
Most Sri Lankan dishes are naturally medium spicy, unless the description says otherwise (like "mild" or "spicy").
Thai dishes?
They come with a spicy little “chilli buddy” on the side — so you can dial the heat up (or down) however you like.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Let me know before you order. If I can adjust something to fit your needs without losing the flavor, I’ll do it.
Pickup & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Local delivery is available within a 20-mile radius of Van Nuys on Tuesdays through Thursdays. See If We Deliver to You ➜ Here
Do you deliver outside your local delivery zone?
Yes — through my Shef.com page. If you're not in the local delivery area, head over there to order.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yep — you'll see the fee at checkout. Orders over $45 get free delivery. You're welcome 😉
When can I pick up my food?

Van Nuys: 7 days a week, from 10 AM to 8 PM

Westwood: Next available day, Friday through Monday, pickup window is 7 AM to 7 PM
Payments & Cancellations
What payment methods do you accept?
Apple Pay, Google Pay, tap-to-pay cards, debit, and credit. Easy peasy.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your order. Since everything’s made fresh to order, I can’t offer refunds after that. Check my Return & Refund Policy for more information.
Rewards, Referrals & Promos
Do you have a rewards program?
Yep! You get a $5 sign-up bonus plus a limited-time 10% off every order. Basically, every bite comes with a little bonus.
Do you offer a referral bonus?
Sure do — you get $5 off and your friend gets 30% off their first order.
Both of you get the bonus once they place their order using your referral link. Good food is better when shared!

Can I pre-order for a family dinner or event?
Absolutely. Just give me a heads-up on large orders so I can prep everything fresh and on time.
Who makes the food?
Me. Every dish is made from scratch with care — the same way I’d cook for my own family. No shortcuts, no compromises.
